Find IT Here offers a direct shipment freight service to all customers with an address located in Australia. As Find IT Here holds no stock the vast majority of orders are sourced and shipped directly from our distribution network.

When you place an order with Find IT Here our order processing team will assess your order and place this with the appropriate supplier to ensure your order is delivered within the fastest time frame. If your order contains multiple items, your order may be split and as such you will receive multiple deliveries to fulfill your order.

If your order is split we will do our best to provide all relevant consignment details for each delivery on your invoice, however sometimes consignment information is not available at the time the invoice is sent. Should consignment details for your order not be listed on your invoice please call 02 99231770 or email our office and we will provide this to you.

Large & Bulky Items

• Large and bulky items are charged at a higher rate than other deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to, racks and selected UPS products.
• Our team will contact you to confirm if a forklift is available at the receiving destination as most items in this category require one. If this is not the case, we can send your order on a truck with tail-lift and/or extra persons to facilitate the delivery, this service will be chargeable according to your requirement.

Freight Policy

• All prices quoted on this page are including GST.
• Best effort to dispatch all orders on the same day received, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded), please note orders received after 2.00pm may not dispatch until the following business day.
• Estimated transit times will vary and are beyond Find IT Here’s control. As a guide:
  • Hardware/Consumable orders to Zone 1 are generally delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch.
  • Hardware/Consumable orders to Zone 2 are generally delivered within 3-5 days of dispatch.
• Certain large or special items will be charged freight regardless of zone (e.g. all racks and selected UPS devices).
• Electronic products such as licenses and selected warranties do not incur any freight charge.
• We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee of $16.50 inc GST for each subsequent attempt.
